2. No Job or Employment Guarantee

Get Referral does not guarantee:

* A job or employment offer

* An interview

* Selection by an employer

* A referral from a particular employee

* Shortlisting by a company

* A specific salary or position

* A specific time period for obtaining employment

A referral may provide an additional route for a candidate’s profile to reach the relevant hiring process, but the final decision always rests solely with the employer/company.

A referral does not override a company’s hiring requirements, screening process, interview process, background verification, or selection criteria.

3. Nature of Our Services

Get Referral provides support and access to referral opportunities where available.

Where a suitable opening is identified, we may attempt to connect an eligible candidate with a relevant referral opportunity through our network.

However, availability of referrals depends on factors including:

* Suitable job openings

* Candidate eligibility

* Employee/network availability

* Company hiring requirements

* Timing of the hiring process

* The employer’s internal policies

Therefore, a referral cannot be guaranteed for every job application or every candidate.

4. Fees and Payments

Any fee charged by Get Referral is for the services and support described on our website or communicated to the candidate at the time of enrollment.

The fee is not a payment for a job, interview, selection, employment offer, or guaranteed referral.

Get Referral does not charge candidates for “buying” a job or for guaranteeing employment.

Where applicable, the applicable service fee, payment terms and refund conditions will be displayed or communicated before payment.

Candidates should review those terms before completing a payment.

5. Referral Partners and Employees

A referral may be facilitated through employees, professionals, or other members of our referral network.

Such individuals may independently decide whether they are willing and able to provide a referral.

Get Referral does not represent that any particular employee has the authority to influence or guarantee an employer’s hiring decision.

Any referral bonus or incentive that may be offered by an employer to its employee is a matter between that employer and the employee. Get Referral does not represent such a bonus as a payment for employment and does not guarantee that any referral bonus will be paid.

6. Candidate Information

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information.

You must not submit:

* False or misleading information

* Fake educational or employment documents

* Misrepresented work experience

* Another person’s CV or personal information without authorization

* Fraudulent or altered documents

Get Referral may refuse, suspend or terminate services where we reasonably believe that information supplied by a candidate is false, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

7. CV and Career Support

Where CV improvement, career guidance or related support is provided, such services are intended to help candidates present their qualifications and experience more effectively.

We do not guarantee that a revised CV, cover letter, application strategy or career guidance will result in an interview or employment.

Candidates remain responsible for reviewing and approving the final information submitted to employers.

8. Job Opportunities and Job Alerts

We may share job openings, referral opportunities, company information or other employment-related information through our website, WhatsApp, email or other communication channels.

Although we aim to share relevant and genuine opportunities, candidates should independently verify important details such as:

* Employer

* Location

* Salary

* Eligibility requirements

* Application deadline

* Employment terms

Job availability may change without notice, and Get Referral does not guarantee that an advertised position will remain open.

9. Employer’s Hiring Decision

All hiring decisions are made by the relevant employer.

Get Referral has no control over an employer’s:

Get Referral does not control third-party websites or their hiring processes.

12. Limitation of Liability

* An employer rejecting an application

* Failure to receive an interview or job offer

* An employer changing its hiring requirements

* A referral not being available

* Delays in an employer’s recruitment process

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Don’t call the service “Job Placement” or say “Pay ₹X and get a referral/job.” Your current positioning is better as:
